We prepare and sell only local, farm-raised, U.S.D.A. Choice and Prime hanging beef — the way REAL BEEF use to be! Our hanging beef is minimally processed and allowed to hang in cold, dry refrigeration for an allotted amount of time.

This allows for Dry Aging of the beef, producing meat with superior flavor and quality.

OUR BUTCHER SHOPPE WILL CUSTOM-PREPARE ANY TYPE OF ROAST BEEF, PORK, VEAL, OR LAMB.
